Hi Friends! I made a quick video reading Worries are not Forever, by Elizabeth Verdick, Illustrated by Marieka Heinlen.
Draw a picture of or write about what is worrying you the most right now. Then draw or write what helps you to feel calm. I'm thinking of you and missing you! Remember, don't keep your worries bottled inside. Talk to someone about them. This month, we are talking about the importance of being a bucket filler! Meaning that we understand that our words and actions impact others. I have sent the children off with the goal of making someone else's day brighter and better!!
